Dave
was raised in the Riverland, growing up and working with his father in
the building industry prior to 25 years in the retail clothing and footwear
industry. The past 15 years Dave has specialised in industrial clothing/footwear
and safety. David has also been a retained fire fighter for 20 years with
the South Australian Metropolitan Fire Service. This has further increased
his knowledge in safety by attaining qualifications in Breathing apparatus,
Dangerous substance, Road crash rescue and completion of the work place
trainer category 'A' 3.09. Dave's Work and Safety Gear was initiated by
Dave after realising a need by someone local to compete with out of town
businesses on an industrial level.
Effie
was raised on the family fruit property and has many years of both retail
and clerical experience prior to family duties. Effie has spent the past
7 years with Dave's Work and Safety as office and corporate clothing manager.
